What this site collects, what it is used for, and your rights.
Who is responsible
Faah Chanakan (Fah) is the data controller for this site.

What is collected and why
The newsletter: when you subscribe, Fah keeps your email address, the language you chose, the page and date of your signup, and the consent wording you agreed to. They are used only to send Fah's newsletter, and are never sold or shared for anyone else's marketing.
Brand inquiries: the form on the brands page keeps the name, company, email, the market chosen (Thailand or other) and the message, used only to reply.
Both forms also keep a code made from your connection, which changes every hour, used only to stop floods of repeated sends.
Where it is stored and who handles it
It is stored with Supabase, on servers in Tokyo, Japan, which is a transfer outside Thailand.
Vercel hosts the site, and sees the address each request comes from in order to serve its pages.
When email sending is on, a brand inquiry is also emailed to Fah through Resend, an email delivery service in the United States.
A newsletter sending service may be added later. It will be named on this page before it is used.
How long it is kept
A newsletter address is kept until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 30 days.
A brand inquiry is kept as long as needed to answer it and follow up.
Your rights
You have the right:
- to withdraw your consent at any time;
- to see your data and get a copy of it, and to ask how it was obtained;
- to receive your data in a common, machine-readable format, or have it sent to another controller;
- to object to the use of your data;
- to have your data deleted, or made anonymous;
- to have the use of your data restricted;
- to have your data corrected, so it stays accurate and up to date;
- to complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
